Standard production takes around 3 weeks, so be sure to allow enough time time for your gown to be created and shipped.

Every one of our gowns have been beautifully crafted and deserves delicate care.

Before slipping into your gown, please remove any jewellery to prevent snagging, and always avoid sitting on rough surfaces or rubbing against rough surfaces to protect the delicate fabric.

To preserve your gown’s shape and finish, you may gently hand wash your gown in cold water using a mild detergent.  Be sure to wash it separately and lay it flat to dry.  Please do not soak, wring, iron or tumble dry your gown.

Some styles may be suitable for dry cleaning, always check the care label inside your gown for specific instructions, and select a reputable dry cleaner that specialises in evening gowns.

All gowns are shipped via Australia Post with signature on delivery. We will send you notification once your order has been packed and on its way. Please use your tracking number to keep up to date on delivery timing.

We are located in Australia, and anything we send overseas may incur customs/import fees. These duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country of destination.

These fees will be based on the value of your order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for the products imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer receiving their goods, and these fees are required at the time of delivery. Please note that it is illegal to not declare the contents within your parcel.

Due to strict government border controls, these fees cannot be avoided, minimised, or waived and must be paid regardless of acceptance or rejection of your parcel.

If you’ve purchased your gown online, you’re welcome to return it for a store credit. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns, instead, a Gossip Gowns store credit will be issued, which can be used toward a future purchase with us.

Please note that shipping costs and any rush or priority processing fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

This gown includes boning in the bodice to give you that gorgeous, snatched, smooth fit we all love, so please take extra care to protect it’s structure.

Boning is designed to help your dress sit smoothly and supportively, but it can bend if the gown is stored or handled incorrectly.

Avoid folding, crushing, or sitting the dress in a way that puts pressure on the bodice. Always hang your gown upright or lay it flat with the bodice fully supported. Any bending of the boning can affect the fit and silhouette of your dress, so keeping it straight will ensure your gown looks its absolute best on your special night.
